Paella - Spanish Cuisine

Proper Coriander | Half Red / Yellow Bell Pepper | 1.5 Cup Rice | 1/4 Onion | 1 Squid | 1 Yellow Lemon | 1/4 Zucchini | 8 Garlics | 10 Clams | 8 Shrimps


600g Drinking water
1 Tsp Ketchup
Proper SG’s Wasabi Pepper Salt
1/4 Tsp SG’s Black Pepper
Proper Oil
10 SG’s Kung Pao Chili
1/4 Tsp SG’s Rose Rock Salt
1/8 Tsp SG’s Pepper Shrimp Powder


Step 1: Washing shrimps and removing their heads, squid, and clams. Then, setting them aside.
Step 2 : Heating up a pot, and adding oil in. Next, putting Kung Pao Chili and shrimps head to create shrimp oil.
Step 3: Boiling a pot of water, using shrimp heads from Step 2 to make broth. Afterwards, setting it aside.
Step 4: Adding shrimp oil from Step 2, and then shrimps, squid, clams, and SG’s Black Pepper, SG’s Pepper Shrimp Powder and stirring evenly till medium well. Next, setting them aside.
Step 5: Adding shrimp oil from Step 2 in the pot, minced onions, garlic, and rice. Then, stir-frying them evenly. Next, adding and stir-frying red and yellow bell peppers, zucchini, and ketchup. Adding shrimp broth from Step 3 and Step 4. Then, sprinkling SG’s Black Pepper and SG’s Rose Rock Salt to stir them evenly.
Step 6: Boiling a pot of water, covering and turning into small fire for 10 minutes. Then, turning the fire off and leaving it for 10 minutes.
Step 7: Uncovering the lid and adding seafood. Turning it into medium fire and cooking for 2 minutes.
Step 8: Using yellow lemon or coriander as a decoration. Lastly, sprinkling some wasabi pepper salt. Then, you are ready to eat!
